We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

*Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume with working experience as a bartender
• Basic knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant TIPS training certificate a bonus

• Preferred to have previous kitchen experience.
• Needs to be able to work in a team.

• Training will be provided on the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, stocking, and prepping stations with all necessary culinary supplies
• Preparing food items for service by chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and making sauces
• Operating standard kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, and flat-tops
• Cooking menu items to order quickly and accurately according to established recipes
• Ensuring food is portioned, plated beautifully, and served at the correct temperature
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
• Executing deep-cleaning opening and closing duties for the kitchen and line
• Tracking inventory levels, rotating stock (FIFO), and reporting shortages to the Chef
• Complying with food health and safety regulations, including temperature logs

Requirements:

• Valid food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
